Public Association of Teachers of English (PATE) is a non-profit voluntary organization uniting teachers of English throughout Belarus.
Our mission is to cooperate, develop and support professionals in teaching English as well as those who are interested in studying the English language and literature, linguistics and methodology of teaching.

8th October 2025
PATE is organizing a Dialogue panel "Teaching English in Modern Schools: A Question for the Teacher." The event will be held at the English Language Department of the Belarusian State University of Foreign Languages. Fourth- and fifth-year students will have a unique opportunity to interact with PATE members, experienced English language teachers, and ask questions about the profession, teaching practices, and the daily life of a teacher.

PATE in partnership with Ivanovo Association of Teachers of English and Ivanovo Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Education will hold an online Linguistic and Methodology School "Teaching Foreign Languages in Continuous Education". The workshops will cover diverse topics such as foreign language teaching methods, digital tools, assessment technologies, burnout, time management, emotional intelligence development, tailored teaching, and more.
